I ran two franchises last year that is a total of 62 people and a ΒΌ of them quit and I added more. But the biggest thing I can say in typing. Is that if you run a league of more than half the NFL teams, YOU MUST not do it alone. I did this alone and ran a family and worked full time and I missed out on the opportunity to enjoy it.
